Well, if you're life depends on it, via e2e text to a phone if you're not sure the person and the phone/os they run. Never by email. Maybe email with pgp but even then you don't know what kind of system it will be opened on. If it's truly a matter of your personal security, the only way I would send anything electronic would be encrypted to a trusted source with a known os/device.

I'm no expert. Apple certainly collects data. And I do not know if there is any metadata stored in icloud.
Meaning sure, you don't store on pics and videos and documents there. But do you back up your phone to it? What other data is sent?I don't know the answer to that.

One issue with iphones and android phones with goog accounts that that are always reporting back to HQ. Another is that they both have advertising IDs that are tracked across all sites you visit. I personally prefer a phone that doesn't do those things. Yes, not using icloud is better than using icloud. But there are many many levels to the ways that the harvest you.

Cloud seeding is real. Has been for a while. Commercial aircraft flying around spraying chemicals to control minds and block the sun is b.s. Imagine telling a 100 year old b-17 pilot that the contrail he was so desperately afraid of leaving over Stuttgart was actually a government mind control project. I understand and I am not against these operations. I'm against spiking the football. Especially when innocent people die (perhaps unavoidable). It's for the enlisted and maybe the officers. It's not for heads of state.
