I tried to eat mostly veggies, but I was bloated. I dont get bloated on this as much. at all

I was doing vegan for seven years and I felt fine but when I started eating boxes of pasta in a day, I wasn't. I definitely feel lighter and more energetic when I am appreciating my body. The problem was I was never satisfied with food, I wanted to eat all kinds of things, but with carnivore, its the first I eat to just eat. It's not about a meal. Which is super new to me since I have been fighting food addictions since I was kid, super emotional eater

When I get home friday night and weigh myself, I'll let you know..I was plateauing so this time I incorporated a more strict diet and had water and exercise.

I'm definitely not as hungry. I am a snacker, once I eat I cants stop..but eating this way, I just eat when I am hungry

Just be thankful that you are that way inclined then, I wish I was. It can be quite challenging at times, particularly when trying to get to sleep, which is certainly not something that comes easy, for me.

- Exercised four days in a row: walking, elliptical, yoga, pilates (a combo of two or more each day)

A handful of people have asked me recently if I’m getting the Covid booster and/or flu shot. Not a single one of them looks healthy or like someone who should be giving health advice. If you are my age or younger, overweight, suffering from various aches and pains and take multiple prescription drugs for chronic illnesses that are preventable with diet & exercise, STFU.

It’s basic, but you’d be surprised how few people willingly submit to hard/uncomfortable things.

There have been many many times in life where I simply wasn’t feeling it.

Where I didn’t feel like honoring my commitments to others or to myself.

I simply just showed up and did shit anyway.

I did things I didn’t want to do. At times I didn’t want to do them. For small amounts of money.

I did things that were painful or difficult or unpleasant and I did them without complaint.

I did these things because I knew they were necessary to get the results I was after.

Most people are not willing to do hard things and so most people get the same results.

THAT is the correct question to ask.
