Bitcoin Basics is the first Bitcoin-only animated entertainment channel on Youtube For brand partnerships reach out to info.bitcoinbasics@gmail.com

I recently picked up a keyboard and have started learning the piano. I have a coldplay music book and its just full of hits. Paradise sounds sooo nice on piano!

Love to hear it, I didn't mean to challenge you, I am just looking to inspire others :)

I agree that there is a better way, I think its a worthwhile cause to work to move people away from centrally controlled social media platforms

I think the #MarchOffTwitter is a great idea with one big caveat... Bird app is a diverse space with so many people of many different interests.

In order for this mass exodus to be successful, bitcoiners will have to spread their wings and start discussing and making content about the stuff other than bitcoin that they are passionate about. Otherwise, this place will get real boring if everyone only talks bitcoin all the time!

What are your passions or hobbies that you can bring to the table?

Cheers

okay... nostrgram.co is seriously cool.

In less than one month's time on nostr, we have already found ourselves open-source replacements for the bird app and picture app. Things move quickly on the internet and I'm excited to see what innovation next month has in store for us

Beneath a Scarlett Sky!!!

Historical semi biographical true story about an Italian teenager Pino Lella in nazi occupied Milan, who plays a critical role as a spy in the Italian resistance effort when he becomes the personal driver for an important nazi officer who oversees key infrastructure development including fortifications of the gothic line.

It’s a must read people!

There is a really good feeling in sending a zap to reward a post. An equal feeling of receiving a zap for a quality post that you have made. Loving the organic value transfer that is created here

If you're new to Nostr, paid relays may seem a bit confusing. You just need to do a little bit of up front work.

You need a Bitcoin Lightning wallet. Lightning is a fast, cheap and scalable solution for Bitcoin that makes paying for goods and services extremely easy. Wallet of Satoshi is probably one of the easiest options available. You can also use others too, such as Alby, ZBD or Muun.

You can find a list of all known paid relays at https://relay.exchange. While this website lists plenty of relays and their fees, what it doesn't tell you is their popularity or location. You can ask your followers or the people that you're following which paid relays that they're using or you can view their profile (pending client support) and view the relays that they're using.

Once you know which relays that you're going to try out or use, you'll want to visit their website, pay the admission fee, and add their relay address to your profile. Be sure to enable both read and write capabilities and then save or post the changes. That's it.

These are the paid relays that I'm using and have been using over the past month.

Thanks for the help man - I just added a number of paid relays; eden, puravida, wine and bitcoiner social. Excited to see the new doors that may open

It's true -- I left twitter for the zaps!

Leave a like or a comment and I'll be sure to zap each one!

are there any paid relays that you reccomend? if you pay for a relay should you then unlink from the free relays to not get the clutter?

Hey maya, you will have to use a nostr web client like snort.social to see the number of zaps on a note.

Unfortunately, you wont be able to see the numbers if you use iris.to or the damus app.

I took some time this morning to update my journal with some of my experiences and adventures over the last year or so.... My last entry was August, 2021. So nearly 2 years of forgotten time -- No longer!!

Do you keep a journal? Are there any benefits you gain from keeping a written record of your memories?

Look up the case for satoshi being Len Sassaman. It’s a very convincing argument.

“Strangely enough, Len used the very same British English as Satoshi even though he was American,” Leung detailed. “Since COSIC was based in Leuven, Len was living in Belgium during Bitcoin’s development. This is salient given that a number of facts suggest that Satoshi was based in Europe,” the study explained.

Good stuff man, I ran 3k today! Starting to shake out the cobwebs before spring rolls around

Realistically for the rest of our lives we will be exchanging the fiat we earn at our jobs for bitcoin. And when that is no longer possible we will exchange our time for bitcoin. So in my mind, stacking large amounts of bitcoin now doesn’t make you greedy. You are just doing the right thing. The same right thing that you will be doing 20 years from now.
