I realized that I kept my Netflix subscription for rewatching Better Call Saul, but this time with German dub.
I didn’t have much time to watch it anyway, so I cancelled it to have more capacity for buying more sats.
My biggest issue with imdb was its recommendations. No matter what I liked or gave a higher rating to, it kept recommending me upcoming Marvel movies!
Even Netflix’s recommendation system works better than imdb. IMDb just promotes films it is paid to promote and doesn’t give a flying fuck about your taste.
Anki has helped me more with language learning than LingQ, which is a 100 USD per year app.
Anki is free on all platforms, but on iPhone it’s around 25 USD - for life! It’s worth every penny!
