your nsec (I don't even have lightning set up I just wanted to make this stupid joke)

Especially the ones who believe that a coin with no privacy is a viable option for digital cash

> Also, there will always be actors with access to more computing power than others, no matter how CPU based your mining is.

That's not a point against CPU-based algorithms. The point is not to make everyone equal in hashing power, it is to distribute the hashing power across more, smaller-scale miners and lower the barrier to entry as much as possible.

> Mining is an economic business which benefits from economies of scale.

Monero (and crypto in general) has an incentive to work against economies of scale in mining, as it just results in more centralization and consolidates market share (hashing power) into the hands of a few entities. This is a rule for every industry, not just mining. CPUs do not lend themselves to the same kind of industrial-scale mining that ASICs do, and that's a design choice.

> The only way to keep an algorithm “ASIC proof” is to continuously keep switching it out through hard forks, which is what monero does.

This betrays an extremely poor understanding of Monero and mining algorithms in general. Perhaps take a look at the readme for RandomX, the algorithm Monero has been using for quite a while now?

https://github.com/tevador/RandomX

Call me old fashioned, but perhaps using nostr for comments & BitTorrent to host videos would be a stop-gap?

Don't get me wrong, the Arab governments are absolutely traitorous in other ways. Zionists just stick to this false argument in an attempt to smear Palestinians. The majority of Jordan's population is Palestinian refugees and their descendants. Egypt contains no small number of refugees either.

Wall Street Silver's take is so disingenuous it's unreal. He knows perfectly well that the plan is to depopulate Gaza (though that frankly won't be possible as the Arab nations are refusing to play along, which Zionists are framing as Arabs hating their brothers).

I'm not completely convinced that a full migration off of proprietary/centralized platforms is the best move for us yet. Obviously it is the end goal, but the political influence we can wield through our presence on mainstream platforms is not something we can just let go. Another solution needs to be found as a stop-gap; I'm brainstorming but frankly I haven't come up with any really excellent ideas there

There needs to be an effort to reach out to more prominent Muslim accounts on Twitter and get them to at least mirror their posts to nostr. I'm considering re-creating my own Twitter account for this purpose- it's very hard to get in contact with the people that I want to reach, even the smaller ones like Bheria (@BheriaMS on Twitter)

Akhi this is an incredibly misguided take. The fatwa issued by ulama around the world is that Muslim nations need to aid Palestine militarily. The taghut rulers won't listen, but let it be known that the ulama didn't sit idle. This is far from the only thing they have done.

The term "fatwa" has been stigmatized by Mossad/CIA plants that order senseless killing, but that is not at all the original purpose of the word

The secret of condemning Hummus!

After a brief conversation with one absolutely savage and blood thirsty individual who also just so happens to be a Bitcoin dev as well, its finally revealed the secret behind their tactics of getting people to condemn Hummus. It’s really important to pay attention to what’s going on so as to not get sucked into a vortex you didn’t intend.

https://x.com/c_hashreview/status/1719384956349112649?s=46&t=AeUubJVXjsWeffPXQIjUGA

First and foremost, I would like to say my wife makes the absolute best Hummus I’ve personally tasted. Just thought I would get that out there.

But back to the point, the hidden secret is to get you to confirm something you really can’t. By ‘condemning’ whoever for X, you are affirming that X actually happened, the reasons why it happened & therefore justifying Y. It’s a trap 🪤 and it’s a trap that the likes of Piers Morgan has used to jam people up.

What’s my proof? If you look at the conversation above, and how it ended, you will see that I categorically condemned the killing of innocent civilians. For someone who asks “Do you condemn the murder of innocents on October 7th” that should be enough. If they believe innocent people were killed, and I said killing innocent people is wrong and I condemn it, that should be case closed right? Wrong, as what did he say in the end?

He revealed here the hidden intent of his question. It wasn’t “Do you condemn such acts of atrocities”, it was “Please confirm that what we say happened, happened as we described it, so that I can USE that confirmation to justify my atrocities”. This is why, without that, he is powerless. We see this clear as day with Piers Morgan. With EVERY pro-Palestinian person, he begins with this condemnation request, and then we see that once that happens, then the rest of his arguments build from that. And what does he, that disgusting bloodthirsty savage say again, after that:

Again, “I can’t accept reality”, ie “His reality”. It’s all about “reality warping” and “setting the stage of discussion”. Don’t let them. We’ve seen what happens when we allow them to set the stage of discussion. When they said:

1) There were weapons of mass destruction

2) Building 7 came down due to fire in an office

3) Covid jabs stopped the spread of covid

4) Lockdown was necessary to save the world

And the list goes on of lies we have ALL witnessed in our lives. Now we’re hearing lies about 40 headless babies, other people’s heads cut off and so on.

So in conclusion, here’s the strategy stated in the Qur’aan.

“If a FAASIQ comes to you with information VERIFY IT, so that you dont afflict a people upon ignorance and then be filled with regret” - Al Quraan

If you are approached to condemn any situation targeting muslims, reply ONLY to the acts of X, but do not comment on actual events unless you have it 100% confirmed to have happened in exactly the manner it has been described. Such confirmation usually takes place in court. Unless all the evidence has been investigated, DONT AFFIRM ANYTHING!!!

Let’s look at how consistent these evil people are when it comes to this:

https://metamadeenah.com/vids/in-consistent.MP4

Conclusion:

• Don’t confirm their false narratives and lies.

• Stick to the facts and what Islam actually tells us to affirm or ‘condemn’.

• Never be shy to be vocal about what Islam teaches us, because Islam is what makes us civilised and people like this guy savage.

• And don’t be shy to condemn the killing of innocent people, even if a Muslim does it, because that’s the truth. Just don’t confirm that X person has done a crime unless it’s actually confirmed in the mode and manner that’s being affirmed

• There’s no rush to give any answer, nor do you have to answer most questions to have a useful discussion.

• Never let the oppression and lies of others cause you to oppress and lie, as we’ve been instructed by Islam.

• Never forget their lies, as these people and their gimps are Liars:

https://x.com/c_hashreview/status/1719957727399530782?s=46&t=AeUubJVXjsWeffPXQIjUGA

One final point…which I’m sure we are all aware of at some level, that the propaganda of the pro-Zionist gimps is that often (not always) the truth comes out.

So remember guys…by condemning X that they did Y, you may just be conforming lies. Lies that will be used against you.

I'll condemn Hamas when the occupation is over. You don't condemn a starving man for his table manners. There's a very deliberate focus on actions over the conditions & ideologies that lead to them, and it's very telling.
