Would be interested to know if they affect you as powerfully as they did me.
It starts with us women. If we donât recognize and appreciate our true value, how can we expect anyone else too? If we donât understand and accept that men arenât âhairy, misbehaving womenâ, but rather âsingle-focused providersâ, how can we expect men to accept us? We started the war. We can end it.
Maybe make it your talk? That was my intention, but had to cancel cos family first. Always. It starts with us to get things back on track. Itâs incredible how when we change, our environment changes.
Alison Armstrong. And the follow up book the Queenâs Code was the icing on the cake. Iâve got so much to learn. It never ends.
I believe you have to be ready to be able to appreciate it. I donât think many women are. Too fucked and warped by fiat. Maybe make it your talk in Riga - what more powerful message can there be?! Itâs what I intended to talk about there. But family first.
Healthy relationships require constant proof of work. The alternative is isolation, social anxiety and depression. Choose wisely. No amount of screen time/AI can ever compensate.
Best book Iâve ever read to try to understand what itâs like to be a man - âKeys to the Kingdomâ. Didnât know whether to laugh out loud or cry in shame when it described how women tend to treat men like hairy, misbehaving women. When they are simply being single-focussed providers. Guilty as charged. Will try to do better.
Not me. I want to be a granny.

Anyone dedicating their time and energy to bringing up the next generation is doing societyâs most valuable work - mum or dad, grandma or grandpa, aunt or uncle. Itâs the work itself thatâs vital. And should be recognized as such.
One thing Iâve learnt since opening up for bitcoin - I know f@ all about anything.
Welcome to the future of communication. Still in its infancy. Tremendous potential. Itâs up to us.
Two years ago, when I wrote about the dangers of the Online Safety Bill in City AM, I said:
âPerhaps a solution is to stop normalising giving addictive tech to children under 16 so we can allow their brains to mature before being exposed to the world wide web.â
Instead? We got mass surveillance disguised as child protection.

Couldnât agree more. Itâs parents firstly who have the responsibility to protect their young.
I like your story too. Thatâs an awesome point about not hanging around for the accolades. I guess we will probably never know. We all carry both the masculine and the feminine in us, to differing degrees. Generally speaking I think we can agree that a woman typically bears more feminine traits and a man typically bears more masculine ones. Looking back at the history of how we finally arrived at bitcoin, its predecessors were all invented by men, if Iâm not mistaken. Looking at the names of current core developers, it is very male dominated. I would love the inventor of bitcoin to be a woman. So Iâd love you to be right. My gut feeling however tells me âŠ..!
Feminism? Started probably with good intentions but unfortunately misunderstanding the real problem - that feminine traits are as valuable as masculine traits, rather than women should compete with men and develop masculine traits to feel and be treated as valuable?
Ask not what Bitcoin can do for youâŠ.
