• A global child sex trafficking ring implicating an unbelievable number of powerful people with a web of connections to US intelligence that has been actively protected by the DOJ for decades.

• Enormous and worsening price inflation across the entire fiat landscape

• An endless stream of undeclared, blank check wars pushed by an industry that makes trillions on mass murder.

• The sickest generation ever, an epidemic of chronic disease that the medical establishment refuses to acknowledge because Pharma is making vomit inducing amounts of money on it.

• A system of total surveillance and control being architected by a global, unelected govt body.

• Total regulatory capture by both the major pharmaceutical corps and the major banking institutions.

• Unrelenting censorship & direct state sponsored speech suppression. Alongside a seeming endless stream of blatant lies & misinformation from the govt and establishment media.

What the politicians and media WANT you to believe are the biggest issues:

• Women can have dicks & men can have periods

• Incorrect pronouns are genocide

• Putin & orange man are responsible for everything

• Aliens

Choose carefully what you focus on.

Community notes is a fake out. When you think it through you’ll agree why it only “works” in a centralized way and is actually just a marketing gimmick.

Community notes on X has really rekt some people posting nonsense on the platform and I think crowd sourcing information is a great way to provide context and alternative opinions, especially if a piece of content gets a lot of reach.

As #nostr gets more popular, and more people come here to enjoy saying whatever they want, I think having a feature like that would benefit clients and keep people from trying to run their mouth or post misinformation

When you couple it with #Zaps you also create a powerful incentive for people to do research and provide quality community notes that others find valuable, a reward for you taking the time to debunk something

If a guy has an unattractive face, like 75% of the time he can fix it with a beard.

That’s why a lot of guys in their 50s and 60s end up looking better than they did in their 30s and 40s- they grow a beard.

General #Nostr #algorithm proposal for presenting content from followers in a highly relevant manner:

1. Chronologic posts for the last hour. This contains the latest posts in realtime without any sorting.

2. Posts grouped and sorted into hourly rollups by zaps, likes, and comments for today. This provides a better scrollback beyond realtime. Posts that recieved more engagement come first, for each hour on the day.

3. Daily rollups for this week, truncated to the top 15%, expandable on demand. This provides a deeper scrollback with only the top content of the week.

4. Weekly rollups for this month, truncated to the top 10%, expandable on demand.

5. Monthly rollups for this year, truncated to the top 5%, expandable on demand.

The idea here is to present the best timeline to the user within the bounds of their follower's content and without hiding or eliminating any content, just intelligent sorting and common sense truncating/expanding.

Can be a time saver. But most important is being able to turn on or off.
