From the Apple Intelligence delays, to the cancellation of Product Red products, to the instability of all their current OSs… (that last one NEEDS to be fixed!)

I like the sustained interest & “trend” of the #SocialWeb. I feel like since Bluesky has grown it seems to be a part of the term “Fediverse”. Normal ppl still don’t really know what it is, but it definitely feels like it’s gotten much larger than prev-2024.

Now that the fans on my laptop work again im tempted to install #Linux again. Only issue is I’ve since setup windows perfectly. just wondering how fast it’d run with 16GB of RAM since there’s no CPU throttling now that fans are ok 🤔

literally 3rd time in the past week (at least!)

ok I managed to get it to boot into the iOS 9 installer (yay!) but it doesn’t activate. gonna try iOS 9.3.5 or else I’ll just do iOS 10. if that doesn’t work then they’ve done something to stop activating old versions of iOS 😭(separate issue from them not signing the IPSW).

Oh cool! Yeah that’s true, but I suppose it’s also easier to use, at least Bluesky - we’re yet to see if other atproto apps will be as used due to the difficulty in what to label it (login with Bluesky/atproto etc..)
