CoinDesk article from two days ago says April 15, but now the site they cite (heh) says April 30! How am I supposed to make travel plans at this rate?

Thanks! No one's ever commented on that actually. Japanese Alps. The trip was brutal and I may never camp again, but at least I got a good photo out of it!
For those who don't know, I interview people about #Bitcoin adoption - and sometimes #nostr - in East Asia (I'm based in Tokyo).
This is my recent conversation with John Riggins of nostr:npub1t8a7uumfmam38kal4xaakzyjccht4y5jxfs4cmlj0p768pxtwu8skh56yu about his time in China (since 2016), the upcoming Bitcoin Asia conference in HK, why he thinks the alpha is in Asia, and much more.
Most interesting to me were how bullish he is on Hong Kong (and even China), and the "secret" story behind the 2021 bitcoin mining ban. Check it out!

The link above is for nostr:npub1v5ufyh4lkeslgxxcclg8f0hzazhaw7rsrhvfquxzm2fk64c72hps45n0v5, where you can earn bitcoin as you listen, but it's also available wherever you get your podcasts.

Been watching a lot of this game lately. Impressively realistic. Still has room to improve but a world away from the Tony Hawk games I used to play.
Ever noticed people use the intonation of a long list to give the impression their claim is well-founded when in reality they’ve given maybe one shaky example and something else that adds nothing and then completed it with “and the list goes on and on”?
Never even heard about this debate between nostr:npub1a2cww4kn9wqte4ry70vyfwqyqvpswksna27rtxd8vty6c74era8sdcw83a and Alex de Vries from two years ago. Great job.
Wow thanks!
Oh I get that, I just mean the random pair of legs

That is one confusing pic
Did some digging but couldn’t find anything. Any insights appreciated

Glad to have you! imho mass adoption is absolutely the goal, but the nature of the beast makes it a slower process than anyone likes. Keep posting your insights!
What's the latest on email addresses that require a tiny sat payment to receive? e.g. what nostr:npub1ex7mdykw786qxvmtuls208uyxmn0hse95rfwsarvfde5yg6wy7jq6qvyt9 was doing. Surprised I don't hear more about this considering it's the best idea I can think of to eliminate spam and protect people from scams like this pig butchering thing
#asknostr
The other day I posted a tip about following the people that the people you like follow; today I have a new tip: on nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg browser at least, when you go to a thread, it shows the "People in this thread" on the right side. Follow those people, because they're mostly proven to be active on #nostr.

You know, at first I thought posting images from the internet to #Nostr was cumbersome - right click, download the image somewhere, go to Nostr, find it again, upload. Blech.
But now I think it's the easiest of all platforms - right click, copy image address, paste into Nostr, it automatically becomes the image again. Easy-peasy.
Go where you're rare. It'll be uncomfortable but will open a world of opportunity.
I know, it's easy for me to say, but I really feel like people are too tied to where they know (but have no upwards mobility).

Crazy. And way more informative than any coverage I've seen.
