prioritizing sleep
stress reduction
strength training

Greetings to you! 🤝
It is something I’m always working on, but what I’ve found that seems to help the most: High fat carnivore, quality sleep, selective about who I surround myself with, time to rest and recharge, reading and learning. Thanks! I’m surprised he hasn’t made it over here!
What’s your favorite seafood? Mine is snow crab legs dipped in butter! Pairs nicely with prime rib!

Thank you! I feel best eating this way. Glad you’ve been feeling better.
Thanks for the kind words. Inflammation didn’t do well for me
Beef Ribs were 🔥 The drippings make an incredible sauce!
I cover them in butter, add beef bone broth to the bottom of glass casserole dishes & cover with foil. Cook in the oven at 225°F until they reach 200-210°F internal temp.
It usually takes about 8 hrs.
