Honestly, I would stay in a lot of places given the chance. Spent a couple of weeks in Colombia and would like to spend more time there. I was going to spend three months in Ukraine before the invasion. Ruined my summer. Haven't been to Australia yet and have a couple of mates over there. I'm very open-minded in this regard. Ha!

Yeah, I've spent around four years living in and travelling around various countries and have a bunch of countries I'd like to spend some time in. My mother's getting old though so need to be close by. Are you in Italy?

I never believe any bitcoin price predictions whether super bullish or super bearish. I just keep it in cold storage, ignore the noise and HODL. Keep it simple.

This is true. Brits only buy property (“an Englishman’s home is his castle”) but now the property market is tanking that money has to go somewhere

The best way laymen can contribute to Bitcoin is to buy and hold it, and educate friends and family about it.

These wannabe decentralized platforms are like shitcoins. It’s going to take a full cycle for users to end up at Nostr as they do with Bitcoin.

“Have you ever wondered what happened to the 56 men who signed the Declaration of Independence?

Five signers were captured by the British as traitors, and tortured before they died. Twelve had their homes ransacked and burned. Two lost their sons in the revolutionary army, another had two sons captured. Nine of the 56 fought and died from wounds or hardships of the revolutionary war.

They signed and they pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor.

What kind of men were they? Twenty-four were lawyers and jurists. Eleven were merchants, nine were farmers and large plantation owners, men of means, well educated. But they signed the Declaration of Independence knowing full well that the penalty would be death if they were captured.

Carter Braxton of Virginia, a wealthy planter and trader, saw his ships swept from the seas by the British Navy. He sold his home and properties to pay his debts, and died in rags.

Thomas McKeam was so hounded by the British that he was forced to move his family almost constantly. He served in the Congress without pay, and his family was kept in hiding. His possessions were taken from him, and poverty was his reward.
