I know this might be controversial since there's a lot of cast iron maxis on here. But, I use a stainless steel pan and season it like cast iron. So, if my pan ends up looking like nostr:npub1hu3hdctm5nkzd8gslnyedfr5ddz3z547jqcl5j88g4fame2jd08qh6h8nh pan, then I can soak it with water or use vinegar without worrying about rust.
That has definitely been my experience! Once you go barefoot shoes, the regular shoes just seem so stupid and annoying (kind of like fiat😆)
