The Incident:
In November 2024, Derrick Diggs was arrested after allegedly stealing a car at a gas station in Oklahoma City. The CCTV footage (shown on the left of your image) captured Diggs sitting calmly on the curb of the gas station for an extended period of time after the alleged crime, essentially waiting for police to arrive.
The Crime Details
* Charges: He was primarily charged with Larceny of a Motor Vehicle.
* The Circumstances: According to reports from local news outlets and the bail bond company (Trip Bail Bonds), Diggs allegedly took a vehicle that had been left running at the pumps.
* The Viral Element: The story gained significant attention online because of his behavior following the theft. Rather than fleeing the scene, Diggs sat on the sidewalk (as seen in the photo) and waited. When officers arrived, he reportedly surrendered without incident.
Legal Status:
