Oh yeah, I realised you will have to redo a few things like zap amounts, custom emojis, security filters, nwc setup if you use that.
There may be an issue zapping between users on same node/alby hub.
Lighting protocol doesn't like sending from/to same node.

Ok that sucks. I don't understand where all the relays came from in the first place but there might a small bug which prevents you deleting them now.
As a last resort, consider deleting amethyst and reinstalling.
Obviously be very sure you have backed up your nsec correctly.
Did you actually hit save after deleting relays?

Alby is a true independent lightning wallet.
It doesn't require a powerful device but it needs to be on 24/7 so your laptop isn't a good choice.
Running a node and managing liquidity on the various channels is no small task.
You can use their cloud service as a start?
Unless you want to be fully self custodial in which case you need to run your own... And be a Systems admin to run it safely 😂
Platforms like Umbrel and Start9 have all the required software in one package. They also sell hardware that run it "easily".
