Wow, that's a lot of relays. You shouldn't need more than 12 or so. Remove the ones with 0 sent/received
What does your relay screen look like? Do you have many slow loading relays?
It won't help with missed or slow loading notes but give it a try.

Are notes loading slow or just images / video?
What #Amethyst version are you on?
What relays are you using and time delay are they showing? (a small number over the relay icon).
Try the performance ui in settings.
There are many things you could focus on when on Nostr.
You can start by curating your network.
Follow popular hastags like #grownostr and any subject you are interested in.
Follow the people you resonate with.
Check who they converse with and maybe follow them too.
Create quality and original content and the right people will find you and connect.
Different clients use different relays and so will find different content at times
Relays are a client configuration. Some clients like Amethyst you can configure it yourself, some clients like on the Web you cannot configure it yourself but it's there.

My experience so far have been non positive:
The steps suppose to be simple:
1. Install NTFY
2. Open Amethyst and go to settings, select "Push Notifications", select NTFY
Done, very simple, but, didn't work for me... No notifications arrived for zaps or DMs, okay, troubleshooting time... Clear cache in both apps, nope, checked I have good trustable relays for DMs, yep, all good, uninstalled NTFY, installed again, repeated the process, worked!
Hmmm, but why? Need to know... Uninstalled NFTY again, installed it again, repeated the process, no dice, not working, repeated the process around 10 times, no dice :(
Anyone with a similar experience that can give me a hint as to what it can be the problem?
