Update:
I finally got NomadNet, Sideband, and Deepseek r1 running on my orange pi. Deepseek doesnt seem to be censored which is cool and runs well eniugh on the 16gb orange pi 5. I also hot glued some carboard box together for the pi so i dont worry so much about throwing it in my backpack with its battery and pocket wifi modem. Its ugly, i know, but it makes me less worried about some Still learning about micron format for webpages over reticulum but im looking forward to setting up a mobile imageboard. Would be cool to get a 3d printer to make a better looking case that covers the sides but leaves just the heatsink exposed

Reticulum is a network stack that lets you connect to other devices running reticulum. Its peer to peer and decentralized, automatically configured, scalable, and works over basically any frequency. Its really cool but im probably not doing it justice with my explanation lol
Hell yeah, i love to hear that. Ill look into that when i get home. Thanks bro
It would also be awesome to eventually run monero and btc nodes over reticulum

I have some devices running reticulum, just two old phones connected to a router and a pocket wifi hotspot device. Im holding onto my orange pi 5 for when it becomes possible to host a website over reticulum. Im hoping to setup a signin portal that takes you to an index of websites hosted over the network, like an address book, and then running a board like 4chan from my orange pi and taking it with me with a portable router, an external ssd, and power bank. So that whenever someone access my hotspot it'll introduce them to reticulum network and also give them a chance to post on the board.

I wish primal had a way to live stream
Thank you! Ive been using an old pocket wifi hotspot with an android phone running reticulum or rnode for a few days, but i want to boost the range and also have a device that can connect to multiple networks at the same time
Thanks for explaining. Its the same as the meshtastic transmitters, or close im not really sure. Im only interested in higher bitrate, things like 2.4ghz. Would the best way for me to do that be to just get a cheap router and hook up a wicked anten a to that b?
Im new to reticulum, just got it running on some android devices over 2.4ghz wifi. What frequency does this transmit over? Whats the range and data rate like for you?
Sony is reportedly in talks to purchase Japanese publisher Kadokawa, Reuters reports, citing sources familiar with the dealings. Kadokawa owns FromSoftware, which is behind incredibly difficult Soulslike games, including Elden Ring, Dark Souls and Bloodbourne. Sony already holds a 14 percent stake in FromSoftware. Elden Ring is the brain child of director Hidetaka Miyazaki and Game of Thrones author George R. R. Martin and available on Sony's PlayStation 4 and 5, among other platforms. FromSoftware released it in early 2022 and it has since sold over 25 million units. Its expansion, Shadow of the Erdtree, also sold five million copies in just three days when it came out in June. FromSoftware isn't the only studio Kadokawa owns. Sony would also gain ownership of Acquire, Spike Chunsoft and Gotcha Gotcha Games — bringing the developers of games like Mario & Luigi: Brothership, Shiren the Wanderer and Tenchu under its umbrella. Plus, purchasing Kadokawa would expand Sony's existing anime and manga portfolio. Sony is valued at about $114 billion, but it's unclear how much it's willing to fork out for Kadokawa. However, sources say a deal might go through in the next few weeks, so we should have more information then.
