Most people I meet seem to think they need governments to implent price controls to stop greedy corporations from causing inflation.
It seems like most people you interact with online are bots.
The only thing that has me questioning this is that the talking points come out in face to face conversations just as often.
And the topic has become toxic to talk about.
A few months ago you could have a rational conversation about nuclear. I found that most people supported it.
Now it is 100% talking points. It truly does feel like talking to programmed NPCs.
I still see people in masks every day.
There are few things I find as infuriating as seeing some in their car, alone, in an mask, which happens to be a sight I was blessed with again today.

We take much for granted here in
Australia 🇦🇺
Imagine not having access to His Word.
Remember how easy life is for us 🧡
You do not known what you have until it's gone
Sadly we are like boiling frogs here and not many seem to notice.
People are so used to the idea of it being easier overtieme to become a millionaire that the idea of it being literally impossible for them all to own one coin is incomprehensible.
I intellectually understand that bitcoin is strictly finite but I do not think anyone can really feel it until there are millions rushing for exits and most of the coins are in deep cold storage.
Everything you do has KYC.
You can't go anywhere without being on camera.
It feels suffocating.
I recently had a family member lose a property that had been in the family for some time as they were retired and unable to pay the combination of rates and land tax.
Unable to meet the tax burden they were forced to sell only to be hit with a massive CGT bill.
It is absolutely criminal.
the world: *literally anything#
them: "it's all your fault and we need more government to fix it."
I would say the President of the USA has more impact in Australia than who our own prime minister is.
Do this and then give thanks that you do not live in Australia where this is impossible.
It amazes me how everyone can see the same problems but the majority are screaming for solutions that just dig the hole deeper.
More government.
More regulation.
More printing.
deeper and deeper we go.
Can we vote ourselves out of this mess?
I don't think so.
At what point is society forced to find another solution?
Hello world,
Fed up member of a collapsing society here who has decided to stop being a lurker.
The population seems to have either entirely bought in to the propaganda stream projected into their mind or can see the cloud fast engulfing civilisation but feel powerless to avert its course.
I see despair at the future in all my peers.
The hope of salvation through a free Twitter thanks to Elon is temporary at best and entirely misguided at worst.
We will not solve the problems of today with new better rulers.
The only way forward for a free humanity is truly permissionless protocols.
