Iâm in clinical medicine and am perpetually disappointed by the way my colleagues have surrendered to âexpertsâ on every aspect of their lives. It would be refreshing to see some new thought. I still get looked at like Iâm nuts for being pro-BitcoinâŚyou should see how they look when I speak to rejecting their medical sacred cows.

I was one of those who left for a bitâŚand now I am back. Not because I didnât believe in Nostr but because there was (by my personal assessment) a decrease in the quality of the psyops and propaganda to the point that they were easy to see. Now Iâm getting that familiar uneasy feeling that the truth is below several layers of bullshit. I think that Nostr is most important when the truth gets murky and we depend on fellow open minded skeptics to help reach a cognitive peace.

Actually I donât remember very many waterfalls. I did some more looking on AllTrails. Now I think it was the aiea loop that I extended into the aiea ridge trail because I do remember the view of the highway going into the tunnel. It wasnât super challenging but the views were cool and the diversity of vegetation was amazing! That being said I was there for about 6 weeks and if I wasnât working I was on a trail so some of them may be merging in my mind.
Is that the trail that starts up in a neighborhood? Then winds around the mountain and every valley you enter charges from ginger to bamboo? I hiked a trail 15 years ago that I LOVED and I could never quite figure out the name when I wanted to tell someone to go hike it.

That bill is not meant for you. It is meant for the insurance company in the grand shell game that is healthcare (a term I use loosely) finance. It is inflated so the insurance company can brag about negotiating it down by 60% as advertising material and the hospital can whine about how they only get 40% of what they bill. Call them and tell them you are broke. It should dramatically reduce it
