40k extra for 3 days is a good incentive but after spending 4 hours a day traveling to work while dealing with traffic, bring fully remote saves so much on my mental state.
Having kids (when young) while being remote works better with balancing their schedule and always being available in case of an emergency.
I guess depending what stage of life you are one, going in for 3 days is a good way to get out the house.
$125K fully remote all the way.
The amount of time saved on getting ready to leave the house, the commute both ways and how much money saved on gas, tolls and potential parking.
Money isn’t everything, TIME is.

That is what I also hate on X, the amount of post that are engagement bait, shitposts that gets boosted & parody accounts.

I agree. The Nostr protocol can be something beautiful and what is needed to move forward with social media and all other platforms.
X is a shit show. Elon is a big baby who changes the code to fit his needs. Every time he gets upstaged, an update on the algorithm happens.
It’s no coincidence on why Trump hasn’t left Truth Social for X completely. I know it’s his business but his reach is on X.
That gets boring after a while. How can that conversation keep going? Lol
It’s like I’m BlueSky, that’s all they talk about.
It really stamps with how the internet is permanent.

I know it’s early, but before mass adoption can happen - more content besides crypto needs to populate a feed.
I have high hopes for Nostr future. I hope with more time, things become streamlined & approachable to the masses or normies.
I never enough thought about deletion being impossible. I understand it now after your post. Multiple relays are involved, so what is posted stays on the internet unless you go after each relay it seems.
An edit option should at least exist.
