I don’t know how someone can be hardcore Bitcoin and NOT hardcore Nostr. It almost makes me question their core values and whether they’re in this space for sincere reasons (beyond NGU reasons). But I know we are very early with Nostr and maybe it’s just me. Anyone else feeling the same way lately?

I recommend starting with the fundamental question of “why bitcoin?”. Everything else will naturally follow but if you don’t see the light about why bitcoin is so revolutionary then you won’t understand the why for things like self custody and running a node.

I sit on my local water authority board. Many interesting things go on in managing the operations of water in and out. One thing to consider is that all water flows and creates energy. Thinking about how Bitcoin fits in with these types of infrastructure. 🤔
