Is it bad form to share a video link from instagram here? Is there a better way to share video content through #nostr? Upcoming shows in Idaho and Nashville hit me up if you in either place! Gonna be chasing turkeys from Idaho to Nashville second half May- if anyone want to have a free concert- in exchange for a place to hunt hit me up. Okay- that’s all for now, uh also #grownostr

hi sarah. you sound like you are fairly high in conscientiousness (one of the big 5 personality traits). understanding my personality and my values really helped me choose a direction. soon i will become a primary care doctor and i am very happy with where i am(:

usually the funds show up in your wallet as soon as the transaction that you broadcast from your initial wallet is “seen” by the node that your other wallet is connected to, even if it is still in the mempool. Then the transaction becomes spendable by your other wallet once it is picked up by a miner that adds it to a block in the blockchain and reaches a certain number of confirmations that is determined by your other wallet. A lot of wallets allow funds to be spent after 1 confirmation now tho
hm i have never tried it. is it popular in india?
i guess nostr build converts to .mov and damus doesnt support yet🤔

things that are highly capital intensive that require some novel/unproven technology:
1) basic science research
2) new telecommunications tech
3) new semiconductor tech
4) biofuels
not an endorsement of those things, just examples

hey saif. one of govt’s functions (historically in the US) has always been to finance very long-term projects (multiple-generation) that free markets wouldn’t because they are uneconomical. I think most people would agree that there are projects out there that are uneconomical but still worth pursuing for the betterment of future generations. Not saying that going to mars is one of them, but I’m sure some people consider their tax dollars as willful payment for projects like this and others. Then it becomes a question of whether each individual feels represented by the people who allocate their tax dollars, and I think most people don’t believe they are. Do you think that this is the main problem? or do you think tax is theft? or do you disagree with the assumption that there exists uneconomical projects that are worth pursuing?
i’m all for onlyZaps btw(:⚡️
some people use likes to catalog tweets to go back and look at in the future. most clients have a “liked” history where you can go back and look at them so it’s convenient to know you will have the same liking ability and history across clients
