Amethyst/nostr needs to have a way to show a QR code to have people add each other in person.
I'm at a conference, and someone wanted to follow me on nostr and couldn't find me with search. I should have been able to press a button and have them scan a QR code with my npub.
Also, I'll point out that Signal should do this too!

I think the way to describe it as nostr content gives the ability for everyone else to relatively easily mirror it. But even then, not that easily, because nostr isn't doing images.
Which is not _that_ much different from hosting a webserver.
I wouldn't use the word "forever" here.
Who is going to host nostra content forever? It's not magic.
Wasn't long ago that this hosting provider was telling me that they were considering moving all their servers to Poland due to power outages caused by Russian air strikes. Ukraine has made a huge improvement in fixing/hardening power infrastructure, and improved anti-air capabilities.
Literally billions of dollars of Russian missiles achieving practically nothing.

The fact that Liquid launched a half decade ago is making me feel old.
Images inline with text, allowing control over placement, seems more useful.
