I use Amitysty ๐ too and it has been a super smooth experience so far except for the apparent lack of #hashtag support but am sure this will get fixed pretty soon. #hashtagsareahumanright #amethyst
Mine loves Sushi ๐ฅ but more specific just the nigiri variety. (salmon on rice) She dislikes any of those vegan sushi rolls and looks at me in disgust before spitting it out.
I think you mean the app we only used to share our npub on until some billionaire bought it and told us we couldn't?
That app was called Quitter. ๐ฆ
Really? I primarily use Nostr for private messages right now. Nostr works great for DM, far better, and probably more confidential and secure than messages sent on Twitter or Facebook.
Thank you. It had me confused but this explains why. To make the relay public, do I need to punch a hole in my firewall? TCP traffic on port 4848 should work right? I'd like my relay to be accessible to friends and family.
I just discovered that my snort dot social client seems to support #hastags properly, but my Amethyst Android client doesn't support it yet, so sorry for the confusion. I made a feature request.
He's a good guy, we should welcome him back. I got my first 5 BTC from his faucet at the time and his work was instrumental in on-boarding newbies onto bitcoin back in 2010.

The cashback feature on my credit card ๐ณ gives me 3% in shitcoins on every VISA transaction I make. Because I'm a shitcoin minimalist, these get sold and converted into BTC within 10 minutes of making the transaction. Technically, I DCA several times per day and because I've been doing this for a few years, it really adds up! https://crypto.com/app/qvk4yptcjn
Thought of the day: Nostr needs #hashtags, like if you agree.

Kind of ironic if you know he's now advising central banks on how to create a CBDC... ๐ #killyourheros
I'm using amethyst but it's indeed a weird name that should never have been used because many won't be able to spell / find it. It's also a bit wonky at times but hey, the future is in beta! ๐ฎ
Nostr, the campfire around which we tell our stories.
