There’s two of us here: Diana & Tom. We are a photography collective based in the Berkshires, Massachusetts. Art prints for your home, Visual Storytelling for your business.

I do like Maine. We went to Mount Desert Island twice and loved it. Portland was great too.

Bit of a mixed week here working on a new area of our website for art consultants, which means going through Lightroom slowly but surely and processing photographs that haven’t seen the light of day yet. In some cases re-processing and replacing. It’s a big job, but a job worth doing. Here’s one from our meadow:

Oh yes, now that you mention it I remember noticing the difference sliders when I switched up to the later versions.

Incredible contrast in light yesterday when the sun broke through the clouds and illuminated our meadow and woods as a storm rolled over the mountain behind.

Nobody seems to know what this bird is. It’s not difficult. First person to name it gets a zap.

Dropped in to visit our local volunteer bird banders again early this morning. They’re a great team doing important work. There’s a zap waiting for whoever correctly identifies this bird!

At the moment I’m enjoying ~40mm or ~44mm ish, or the equivalent of. Not too distant, not too tight.

Here are some forget-me-nots on the slope down to our meadow that are looking good right now. I picked up the camera yesterday with no particular intent, for the first time in a long while and got down amongst the ticks.
