I have not been eating the most clean tbh 😅 one of my side jobs is part time at fast food coffee chain (think: coffee, donuts, breakfast sandwiches where there is def some weird preservative stuff in the eggs) so I could improve there. I eat a lot at that job though because I am poor and the food is free for me as a worker! But walking! I would like to do less of that 😝

Yep! No symptoms of being contagious! My energy levels are still a little low and I still have some issues with being able to focus but I was informed that that can take months to clear up. Overall I’m thankful!

Most of this priest’s shows are very good but I think he’s talking too much about things he doesn’t really know about in this episode because he’s not Muslim/Roman Catholic/Anglican 😅. There’s a lot of good stuff in this episode but also a lot of it is very awkward!
