Relays store and provide your follow list and it’s caused me some frustrating performance issues. For a while I couldn’t use filter.nostr.wine because my graph was exceeding the preset websocket data limit. Took me and nostr:npub18kzz4lkdtc5n729kvfunxuz287uvu9f64ywhjz43ra482t2y5sks0mx5sz a while to figure that out.
That's a definite limit then on Nostr. How will it work with you follow thousands or tens of thousands? Guess I need to be more careful on who I follow? 🤷🏼♂️
Interesting that how many you follow regardless of activity affects performance? I'm only following a few hundred but on desktop with primal or snort it takes forever to load.
