Perspective is everything.

Good to hear. I think that’s the right move. Will you have a preview of the app this year?

nostr:npub1yk3pjtw0xnpmuvnf3z6un72z42t83xye69d4jsfxq2z54pera85qcwyya6 can you shed some light on the Bitkey app? Will it be installable via app stores or only as an WBA? Or both.

I think the pro to having it installable via app stores is:

-the public will have a higher trust level with downloading it (right or wrong, that’s the world we live in today)

-it may prompt organic growth through the visibility the app stores provide

There’s obviously some cons to this as well but curious as to what you and the team are thinking here.

nostr:npub1yk3pjtw0xnpmuvnf3z6un72z42t83xye69d4jsfxq2z54pera85qcwyya6 how is the public beta going? I’m curious to hear what you’ve learned so far, changed, or realized as a result of the testing.

Do you think it’s the least understood business line due to the smaller amount of other public companies exploring it? It may help to explain how Block can benefit financially from the network.

The world has grown knowing a walled garden type style of business and this is the complete opposite. It may be hard to understand how that turns into benefiting a public company.

I’d venture to guess it was the re-branding of Twitter. I know it doesn’t impact the actual experience but I went from a power-user to meh. The re-brand just makes it feel so different.

Can you guys please fix the issue of having me to re-add some of my music? I think when the team changes data on the backend for the song it gives me an error of ‘The Record Label does not permit streaming of this track’ but the song is still available in Tidal’s inventory. It grays out the song and I have to re-add.

I missed out on the beta but good luck and I’ll be looking forward to picking one up when they go up for sale.

nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m if Elon is getting rid of the Twitter branding could you just create a nostr based platform with a re-brand of the Twitter name?

Can you share some thoughts on how this will be bringing mining to the masses or will this be discussed in

an upcoming post? Separately, how does this work for Block? Block uses hardware as a loss-leader, is the intention that this will change?

nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m did Block compete for BlackRock’s ETF?

I prefer not to share any of my financial info regardless of how it works for a couple of dollars, doesn’t seem worth it to me.

People need to understand that to get mass adoption, these products can’t be overly technical or even miss out on functionality that less hardcore users want. I really hope you don’t stray too far based on feedback from a small group of highly technical people.

What’s the business play here? You sell hardware at a loss, would this be a first as one that’s profitable?
