I tend to be terrified of big/high bridges. Leftover agoraphobia symptom. I was sort of thinking of going on a certain trip, but when I found that bridge on the way I decided not to.

My husband was with me with a survival pack including fire starters, machete, 45 pistol, chocolate, water, tin for heating water, life straws, etc. I wouldn't do it alone. On one of the trails we were on the trail disappeared and we had to find our own way back.
Got back from a refreshing overnight cabin stay in the woods without cell service. A taste of what life should be.

I'm concerned about my addiction to my phone and the internet in general. Seriously what do I do. I tried having a flip phone but that service isn't supported anymore.
