I like the pragmatic approach - start where you are and take action. You're right of course, getting some results by any means (nagging or otherwise) is the first step. I think I may have onboarded 2 new people to bitcoin this year but it's taken an age. One started out thinking it was not worth the paper it was written on so I take that as a win
