I don't hate it. I'm dumbfounded by technology where you don't need a trusted middle man, which is unheard of until Bitcoin. But the adoption will not be universal. Too many other cryptos. The fiat value of Bitcoin is only because of how the market is. The inherent value of Bitcoin won't be meaningful until it becomes a standard, which it'll never.
Finally down to following only a few people on nostr. You do know usage of nostr, I started following a lot of people and had mostly developers, Bitcoin maximalist among them who have nothing else to say other than bitcoin, flooded the feed and made the nostr experience boring.
Agreed. But some perversions come out easily now that there's a veil of privacy/anonymity.
I just bought into the hype I guess. It's been a week and the funds didn't settle? Come on.
Wow primal on android has amber signer compatibility and I'm not going back to amethyst.

Doesn't matter if the idea is to hold but I'm trying to move money out and it seems to be taking forever.
"Privacy is necessary for an open society in the electronic age."
A Cypherpunk's Manifesto Eric Hughes March 9, 1993
#Nostr is an open society on the Internet.
It provides people the power to selectively reveal oneself to the world.
It gives us the "freedom of speech,[which] even more than privacy, is fundamental to an open society"(Hughes, 1993)
"The open society as thus conceived of by Popper may be defined as:
an association of free individuals respecting each other’s rights within the framework of mutual protection supplied by the state, and achieving, through the making of responsible, rational decisions, a growing measure of humane and enlightened life. (R. B. Levinson 1953: 17)"

Good morning.
But people act differently when they're anonymous. Are they still who they are underneath?
I'll give it a try.
A lot of people I see on #nostr talk about sovereignty like the characters in #sovereign movie(2025).
But monero is non custodial and anonymous. So better in general?
Was there ever any mention of #primal being amber signer compatible?
Downside of self custody I guess. Growing pains of new tech.
Bitcoin was started by CIA.
The lack of evidence of the contrary is all the proof I need.
Maybe crypto was invented by government as a secret weapon to keep people occupied while they can do things in plain sight with limited scrutiny.
So is AI
Highly highly doubt it.
Is cashu better than monero ?
Hiding behind every conservative who hasn't come out of the closet, is a democrat??
Wtf is going on in nostr.
What's the best site to learn about gadgets, NAS, docker, networking, home security?? #asknostr
Anyone here watched "sovereign" movie from this year?
What's ur opinion?
I wonder if I can unfollow all the Bitcoin enthusiasts & nostr developers, then see how many commoners are in nostr.
Good
Morning from Florida
Is using apps better or the webpage in mobile browsers. I understand that the functionality sucks in the browser apps but it saves up a lot of device storage from being abused by those apps. what about privacy?
Thinking about positive affirmations... Is it real happiness if you have to tell urself every morning that you're happy like an affirmation?
I never learned to coexist with someone. I'm told too to put my mental notes into action and live them daily.
One thing I realized only in marriage is that my life would be happier if I stop acting like I'm incapable of lying.
So that's good? So the momentum is shifting from Bitcoin core to Bitcoin knots?
Some context please. What's going on right now?
You can't go that far back. You can't even go back to the day of liberation.
You always focus on what comes out of that mouth today. It might be drastically in contrast with what was said yesterday. But great minds work that way.
Isn't that the logic that's used by gun sellers? But I understand your stance. If US is going as far to build a wall to prevent people from entering, sending military to cities, do you really think they can't take away guns from everyone good n bad?
Though I totally see the point of individual protection, have they changed the incidence of mass shootings? If not, there's obviously something wrong with the current stance.
All I'm saying is we need to explore options that we haven't.
I live in a single story house. There's no downstairs.
Meat space?? Not sure what the slang is here. But I had my share of women, if that's what u meant.
That's exactly what I'd do if someone is in danger. Call for help. Armed or not.
I'd bore the attackers.
Stay safe with ur gun in ur locker. Great job protecting all the mass shooting victims until now. 🫡
We need you.
Equipped with this, how did you change the world for better?
While people like you quote this, the congressmen who accept gifts from guns lobbyists are getting richer to gain more control.
Logically not possible.
So you want it to be more laxed so that it's easy for anyone to get a gun ? And that'd decrease this shooter's chance of getting a gun?
Sure. Doesn't protect u from guns is the point I'm making.
And how many of those stabbings, shootings, rammings did you stop with your big guns?
