Classic case of wait or build yourself. I heard someone call it capability overhang. In reference to AI’s being so much more capable than what we are utilizing so far.

This idea has been spooking around in my head for some time now. We are building a platform to build en deploy these kinds of solutions but unfortunately it’s still only used in the FIAT world.

It should have access to podcast transcripts, historical data, btc books, articles etc and then sculpted into a Feynman-level Bitcoin teacher.

It’s time I quit smoking. Tried it before but walked back into the old ways. I’m willing to do anything it takes to make this change stick with a first child on the way.

I would try to do this mostly on my own but let’s be honest. That hasn’t worked. Being on this platform a while, something tells me there are some beautiful cool people on nostr who would love to quit or cheer people on to quit smoking.

If you are in Europe would you feel better using a combination of for 5G and fiber at home or 5G and Starlink at home?

I’m thinking Starlink might be best at this point. Price is about the same and I can take it with me on trips and if I move countries.

Hardly anyone’s using Starlink here though so it definitely hasn’t caught on.

Hey Max, my dad just turned 75 and I started a project with him. He was a software developer and a love for collecting (hoarding) classical music cd and vynil. Now that it’s all digitised we started running the family music library node. He’s really enthusiastic because our family can listen to his music. We’re expanding to backup/host all family photos, videos and other stuff people want preserved.

Here’s the question, what would be a relatively easy-to-use setup to run these things combined with a full node?

I have to pinch myself when I see a bitcoin bill is introduced in the US to buy 1 mln bitcoin in 5 years. Because then I check the price and it doesn’t budge. I get it’s far from signed but still 😅

It seems to point was to separate the standard of money from state. Not money itself right? Isn’t the idea that when you separate that standard, it solves much of the problems you now experience with states? I’m not sure it is better to have states adopt them later..
