Art in my opinion is everything that cannot be explained with words.

They are, but if we normalize shaming them for getting emotionally invested in things that are political, I think that would be a good thing

I think we’ve dragged the term “fiat” enough that the normies get the idea

Can we start calling it “political money” instead?

As in, “Oh no thank you I prefer apolitical money”

Have any of my friends here noticed the staggering decline in the quality versus cost in the steel in shaving razors over the last 10 years?

I don’t need a triple or quad blade piece of crap that lasts half a shave. I need one blade that does the job.

Has anyone made the old school switch to just using a straight razor? Seriously considering it. Shaving products are so fiat nowadays.

It would make more sense to me being the other way around.

My own theory that is probably not scientifically true as to why some farts don’t smell and others do to varying degrees.

I read somewhere (and didn’t bother verifying) that little doodoo particles are released into the air during flatulence.

If that’s true, our bholes are like a chamber of poopy sludge. If your chamber is full, you’re gonna release microscopic dingleberries into the air and they smell exactly like what they are.

The seemingly odorless boofs…must have less mini turds flying about. Or perhaps the poopoo chamber was emptied before the butt whisper.

PSA on one of my favorite bitcoin companies (until today unfortunately).

Bitrefill has sold me prepaid mastercards from a company that appears to be a scam. Unfortunately bitrefill is not answering my DMs and customer support has been handwaving arguments all day. I'm honestly somewhere between angry, sad and disappointed and really at a lost for words rn, so I hope this helps me get my money back.

I bought several of these prepaid Mastercards on Bitrefill's site, advertised as ‚accepted anywhere Mastercard is accepted‘. Except they’re not accepted ‚anywhere Mastercard is accepted‘ – in fact, they are accepted nowhere returning 'this card is not recognized'.

So now my money is stuck, and Bitrefill says it can’t give it back because it sold me a valid giftcard coupon for a product that does not seem to be legitimate.

I’m a huge fan of bitrefill and have been using their services for years, so I’m extremely surprised that they would a) offer such a product in the first place and b) respond (or rather not respond) the way they did when being confronted with the problem.

It seems that bitrefill has done zero due diligence on this product and simply copy/pasted their marketing claims to their site. I have always trusted bitrefill to offer high quality products so I’m not sure what’s going on here, but it would be great if they could give me my money back after a series of very unsuccessful customer support contact with their team.

I have spent all day going through several mind bending headaches in attempts to retrieve my money which seems to be close to impossible looking at trust pilot reviews. As I’ve also shared with bitrefill's customer support agent, I’m not the only person who has had this experience with this card issuer, after which the bitrefill agent apparently decided to just stop responding.

My DMs are open to resolve this issue (and I hope bitrefill will take this product off of their site immediately).
