This hadith is a stark reminder of an absolute truth: “Every one of you is a shepherd and every one of you is responsible for his flock”

(كلكم راع وكلكم مسؤول عن رعيته).

It then proceeds to illustrate this principle with concrete examples. If the listener’s mind is captive to hierarchical, pyramidal doctrines rather than the Qur’anic principle of non-coercion, the equal standing of all creatures before the Creator, and the sole sovereignty of God over men, that mind will forcibly reinterpret the hadith through a coercive, top-down lens. The historical record of Islamic society documents, in copious detail, that Islamic ordering never entails Pharaonic hierarchy. The clearest proof: every attempt to erect a Western-style priestly authority in Muslim lands has collapsed. This instinctive Muslim resistance to such projects testifies that, despite centuries of efforts to institutionalize religion and graft statist, hierarchical ideology onto Islamic thought, Muslim society retains a genetic immunity against pyramidal social organization.

يبدأ الحديث بتذكير الناس بحقيقة مطلقة وهي أن كل شخص راع ومسؤول عن رعيته. ثم يبدأ بالتفصيل بأمثلة على ذلك. اذا كان ذهن المتلقي محكوما بمبادئ مثل التراتبية الهرمية بدلا من الأصول القرآنية اللاإكراهية ومساواة الخلق جميعا بلا فرق أمام الخالق وأن الحكم لله وحده وليس للبشر، فإن ذهن المتلقي سيعيد تفسير الحديث وفق القالب الاكراهي التراتبي وسيتجاهل الحقيقه المطلقه في بداية الحديث وسيفسر الحديث على انه يؤسس للتراتبية. لذلك لا يؤخذ القرآن والحديث مجتزءا ولكن كوحدة متكاملة. إن هذا الحديث يجعلنا نفهم الاناركية بشكلها الصحيح. وهي انه يوجد قادة وامراء في كل مجالات الحياة وليست تترك الامور فوضى (اذا كنتم ثلاثة في سفر فأمروا احدكم). هذه ليست تراتبية هرمية مثلا. لان فعل التأمير جاء بالتوافق غير الاكراهي. إن سيرة المجتمع الاسلامي توثق عبر التاريخ في كثير من التفاصيل كيف ان تنظيم الامور اسلاميا لا يعني ابدا وجود هرمية فرعونيه، ولعل اكبر شاهد على ذلك هو فشل كل المحاولات لبناء مرجعية كهنوتية على الطراز الغربي في الدول الإسلامية. هذه المجابهة الفطرية للمسلمين لهذه المحاولات دليل على أنه رغم كل محاولات مأسسة الدين وإدماج الفكر التراتبي الهرمي الدولاني في الفكر الإسلامي، فإن المجتمع الإسلامي لا يزال يحتفظ جينيا بالمناعة المطلوبة ضد التنظيم الهرمي للمجتمع. إن القران في كل قصص الانبياء يوثق ان لب الرسائل السماوية هو مجابهة التراتبية الهرمية في المجتمع. ذلك أن الإيمان بالله وحده هو في نفس الوقت الكفر بالطاغوت وكفر بالإكراه وايمان بالبيان الإلهي الذي جاء عبر منح آدم القدرة على الترميز وفك الترميز. إن الإيمان بالله وكتبه ورسله هو في أساسه إيمان بقدرة البشر التي وهبها الله لهم على البيان (خلق الإنسان ..علمه البيان) في مجابهة الطغيان وسفك الدماء والإفساد (أتجعل فيها من يفسد فيها ويسفك الدماء؟). هذه القدرة الانسانية على البيان التي يؤكدها القرآن في اكثر من موضع وفي اكثر من شكل هي تلك الشيفرة الوراثية التي تحفظ من تغول السلطة المعتمدة على التراتبية الهرمية في تنظيمها الاكراهي للمجتمع. ورغم أن العديد من المجتمعات الاسلامية قد فقدت هذه الشيفرة عبر الزمن. إلا انها لا تزال حية وتتطور بشكل فعال في بعض الجيوب. والله أعلم

Fiqh is dead since the Abbasids. The only way is to rebuild on the original fundements. And these fundements are anti-statist by default, unlike most of the traditional Fiqh. Since i was a kid in the local masjid in the levant i learned that Islam will be weird when in returns in futur, as memtioned in the famous hadith. I think this anti-statis feature is the most weird thing for most people now.
