How do you manage your insane, crash through-the-bottom free testosterone levels? Can’t keep SHBG levels high without carbs.
Any solution to this at all? Or just have to live with low T levels when on carnivore diet?
The money the pharmaceutical industry makes from treating alcohol consumption-related health issues - anxiety, depression, low testosterone, hormonal imbalances, cancer, blood disease, etc - is a god send to them, and they 100% know they can get away with it because people don’t care if they live longer.

Alcohol is legitimately the biggest societal psyop of all time next to central banking. Get kids to start consuming it early (college), encourage them to get corporate jobs, inundate them with constant marketing telling them it’s how to “relax” and “be cool”. Have 99% of society consume a poison that turns into acetaldehyde (a worse poison that kills you over time), have same society wonder with amazement and shock why they get cancer despite consuming a liquid poison that exponentially increases the risk of getting cancer.
