Yeah. Something is off, for me, with body to wheel-base relationship. No fan of the Rivian either. Getting a Jeep. I need to get off road.
A bluebird couple just landed 20ā away. Couldnāt quite get my phone ready in time to catch them.

Talon nails are a nonstarter too. I do not refer to attractive polished nails. Just those like, say, Dolly Partonās raptor-length talons (forgive me, because I adore Dolly, her talent, her heart, but the nails, not so much).

Only in college towns where they donāt designate that itās allowed. And farmers markets where you are prohibited from selling from your tailgate.
Rescued polo ponies do. October is when the groves around here are ripe. Usually storms come through and knock a lot of the fruit onto the pasture.

GM Uno!
Have some other great npubs left? Two that I knew and loved came back, after a break. The draw of #nostr is magnetic!
Yes. At this time of year I wouldnāt want any pecans anyway. But, when we pick in October, we have the horses nosing around in our buckets. Horses arenāt as dumb as folks say; they would much rather nose through the 5 gallon bucket of good pecans you have spent all back-breaking afternoon in the sun picking through pasture pecan groves (with hella horse patties) for good pecans.
The ones that are here love you ā” and some may be taking a mental health break from social media/internet in general, not you.
GM Maria2k! Here, my pecan grove is shared by a herd of 27 horses who love them some pecans. Once the storms blow them down, we have to hustle to get in there before the horses eat āem all. Once they are wet, on the ground, they have a small window where theyāre still viable
Yes, good call. The right *side of the river is southeast Alabama, the left side is northwest Florida. The river forms the state line at this point. There is usually hella log jams on this part of the river, and it takes ideally a 4x4, at least a truck, to get up to this landing because you have to drive through 4 bodies of running water. Not for the casual canoer/kayaker. Forget cell coverage, so if you pop a tire, itās a catastrophe.
