This is cool. I have OpenWebUI running with local ollama on my Mac with local models, tunneled through holesail to my nginx.
I also run my Venice ollama-like proxy (link below) to access the LLaMA-3.1-405B model which does not run on my laptop.
And I access it as a PWA from my GrapheneOS phone.
What you see on the video then is:

Back on #carnivore, 1 week into a 6 week tilt.
Not being as strict this time with meat only; mushrooms have been added, milk in my morning coffee is ok, and my missus makes yoghurt so I’ll be having a bit of that as she’s making a batch specially for me.
Much better supplied with dried and cured meats this time having learned last time to have snacks on hand. Talking about it with people last year I built up a good little trade network so I’ve got access to different jerky’s, biltong’s, salami and sausages - all stuff I’ve been swapping for my own jerky, biltong, olives and pickles.
That’s actually been the best part of this all for me, getting more into homemade foods and trading more stuff rather than buying. Might even try to grow some mushrooms having seen nostr:npub1upmh82f2vy9z3k3qwj8amx9lkkhkjjcv45y9yfyqzfj4jj5czz9qhsg8fq

Sounds good. We do keto-ish stints fairly often. Just preparing as much as possible at home is key to a hugely improved diet I reckon.
Back in the early 90s, I would dial my modem up directly to my friend in the same suburb to use his BBS. Nostr somehow reminds me of those days.
