I play with hops on beer, never tried with mead. I might try on a future batch.
Took my own advice and started a new batch of #mead today. Added an infusion of mallow, jasmine and hibiscus to give some flowery notes.

One good thing about brewing is that it might take half a day of your time, but then you're done for a while.
If you start brewing your mead in the morning, you won't be able to add the yeast until the night or even the next morning depending on the temperature. Once you add the yeast, you have several days before you need to do anything else. After you put it on secondary, about a week or two of not touching it...
You can definitely do it while taking on to new things that are more time consuming. And before you realize, you'll be able tocelebrated finishing those other things with some nice homebrewed mead.
Use double bock to cook your game meat stews, thank me later.

With a sweet flavor and an alcohol content around 8%-12% this brew is perfect for barbecues and pool parties.

Today I had one the least expected conversations with a bank employee that ended up admitting their business model is broken and only sustained by client's confidence. Their closing thought was that maybe the fractional banking system is the problem!
Is bad when you know it, it's even worse when they have no problem on admitting to it 😬
