Working on a go implementation of a #blossom server for an idea I'm trying to flesh out.

https://git.brakke.cc/borrakkor/community-stack/src/branch/main/blossom

Go is great! Go is fun. Go makes me realize that spending all my time writing JavaScript is insane.

I also used Alpine JS in the frontend to add a little bit of state and functionality to sign the auth events. It was nice, a lot like vue and angularJS, and no build steps.

Did you get this working?

Your original point tho is still factually incorrect. Land on earth is finite, and land in space is currently not land in the colloquial sense, it's just rocks and has 0 value. You can talk hypothetically, but that's the facts now.

The food waste problem will take a decade minimum to implement a solution for decentralization of the food system, especially in America would require people to start eating and growing rabbits again. Families would need chickens. Suburban spots could do sheep. But cities basically shouldn't exist, and dismantling them is a socio cultural nightmare.

Land is finite, unless you're implying we can leave this planet or build up.

And the existing farming systems have 0 chance to support the population we have now configured as we have it now for more than another hundred years.

It's so safe, the education is great and the people aren't cliquey at all!

Curl is like the CLI way of hitting a website in your browser. You can run "curl Put .... Nostr" and it's how you would "upload" the MD file to nostr

Same could be done for ghost.

If you need more help with the Google Foo, lmk

It's quite litterally a technical term to imply a singular place that is the original data set. IE if you write it in git but then you have a people that injects something into a template, often an artifact is created which is not the the source AND at that moment you have multiple sources of truth, but one is the source.

Nothing to do with dictators

Where are you saving the markdown too? You can make a pipeline to push to both places with 2 simple curl commands (github actions or local shell script)

Although yes, ideally you'd have one source of truth in git that pushed to yakihonne.com and then the website renders the note from yakihonne.com

How close to the house do you put your cordwood? Trying to put it in a convenient place to fetch for the woodstove but also don't want termites

#asknostr

I am somewhat itching to implement a relay-cluster ontop of this.

https://github.com/antirez/disque

Imagine: some servers just listening, others just constantly running generic spam filters, and some working to store and optimize, perhaps get stats or something... o.o

What is the benefit of a relay cluster?

Can't there just be a DB and then the workers fetching from the DB scale up or down based on capacity?

The marketplace is the feature. All other marketplaces don't have the ability to combine payment and reviews in a peer to peer way. Amazon reviews are full of dog shit and you have to jump through hoops to get access all to get your product stolen by Amazon.

If we can have a marketplace where is can sell farm goods directly to npub, the shipping info sent (gift wrap dms?) so that delivery confirmation is part of the review and then allow folks to review reviewers so the web of trust for a person's reviews has more information.

Nope, just cut it into smaller pieces so it'd melt faster, all those meat and collagen pieces went into the dogs food after the strainer
