Interesting results of a poll on a site that otherwise promotes quite radical liberalism in Germany. The fact that the FDP is first is expected, but the surprise is that the far-right AfD, which the admins of that site really dislike, is currently in second place and could even win in the end. The cool thing is that they didn't even include options for the SPD, the Greens, and the Left π€£π€£π€£
As far as I understand from the comments, long-time voters of the liberal FDP are very disappointed because the FDP held the reins of a traffic light (Ampel) government that implemented "eco-socialism" for three years. The FDP, admittedly, sometimes opposed them, but it didn't have the courage or power to do more. They, on the other hand, defend themselves by saying that they prevented much worse policies that would have happened if they hadn't entered that government.
