πŸ§€ / πŸ₯πŸ΄β€β˜ οΈ If you're wondering why I unfollowed you, it's because I moved you into a private list. Also, consider not calculating your value as a person based on whether or not a cheese packet unfollowed you.

My DCA strategy is working pretty well. I'm down to about $3.19 for a gallon of gas.

Crap, I thought the functionality was similar. With how many times I blocked, I think it had to make its way through the relays. Still not totally getting how relays communicate back and forth with events like that.

My zaps don't go through when I'm using Tor. nostr:npub1getal6ykt05fsz5nqu4uld09nfj3y3qxmv8crys4aeut53unfvlqr80nfm on desktop and nostr:npub1xnf02f60r9v0e5kty33a404dm79zr7z2eepyrk5gsq3m7pwvsz2sazlpr5/Alby on mobile. This makes sense to me in an abstract way because, well, it's Tor and not the usual connection. Is there a way to get full functionality, though? I'd like to use Tor so I'm connected to my private relay.

Today's new thing: Add SimpleX server to StartOS on my old laptop.

The Nostr private relay seems to work and hasn't exploded in my face. The laptop keeps running when I shut the lid. I now know how to get my Nostr clients using Tor on PC and Android/GOS. All very new stuff for me.

My brain hurts. It's time for coffee and a cigar.

Last test, hopefully. Start9 private relay looks like it's up. Sending this note now from Amethyst using Orbot with my relay added. If anybody knows any pitfalls I may run into here, feel free to chime in.

Using Amethyst I blocked/reported for spam multiple times. It finally took.

Both of them hate you and everything you believe in. Why would you use a platform that hates you? I bailed on that dumb shit a long time ago, so I'm always confused that it's taking some exceedingly brilliant people so long to figure this out.

nostr:npub1unyzyaz6eq7kuff5sq73s4tea5n0srz969drq73mneck5qnqakuslzpkx2 even more reason to get this book and some kettlebells. I ordered it just for grins, and my wife keeps flagging me down to show me all the neat woman-oriented stuff. She was pretty glad to see the anti-crunch stuff.

Today's new thing: I installed StartOS on an old laptop. It's an i3-3310 with 4GB RAM, so probably underpowered a bit. Downloading a Nostr relay now to see what it does.

Holy crap. I've never used WOS before, so I tried it myself. Yeah, pretty literally 10 seconds. That's powerful.

I'd be down for some physical one-off art pieces with accompanying NFT. NFT by itself I'm just not interested in.

Yes. Out in the boonies 100 down, 15 up, 100ms ping. It gets a little sketchy in a bad rainstorm, but it's up most of the time.

For the #coffeechain I have nearly spilled coffee on my phone and floor.

Trying some of the Brazil dry process stuff I roasted yesterday. I think it needs another day to really wake up, but it is damn fine.

Today's new thing: moved a little BTC to #Blixt wallet.

I'm having a little trouble getting my head around private channels and that they may be refused, etc.

Also wondering how this compares to the coming #Zeus features.

I'm guilty of not asking the question I actually wanted the answer to. My real question is this: Would a slightly-above-normie-level person be able to interpret and use the results to fix any vulnerabilities found, or is it better suited for someone with a lot of experience in that area?
