Good to see we have #cigarstr going. I cracked these open to see how they're smoking after 9 years or so. Unfortunately the pudgy Chuck is still decidedly "meh" even with age. Might try the Tiff for round 2 tonight if there's time.
I did this the first time sending 100k sats airgapped from a coldcard. Gut-wrenching terror for two hours.
The Behmor is more of a "for fun" consumer-level roaster. It has some factory presets that give good results with minimal input, or you can get more into it and roast by manual control. No user-defined presets, though. For the money, I don't think it can be beat. There aren't a lot of 1 lb. capable roasters out there that aren't really expensive. Sweet Maria's has some good videos showing the roaster and how to get the best results. I highly recommend them for info, equipment, and green coffee.

Pavel Tsatsouline has said he's doing exclusively kettlebell swings nowadays. He's not what I'd call bulky, but appears to have ridiculous core strength and flexibility. I know a guy doing 100 swings with 100 lbs. daily and he's not huge, either. Don't let him hug you, though, or you will die.
