I think he is genuine, but he could get stuck in the weeds. I hear his administration has many oligarch types. Not exactly the kind you need if you are going to make fundamental changes

Prepare for another round of election lockdowns

I wonder if the government would be happy if I blocked out the sun like Bill Gates does. Something tells me I need more money in the bank to get away with that

The only tweet I was ever truly happy with was deleting every tweet I have ever written

Elon strikes me as weak and wavering for some reason. I don't know if this was a forced move or just plain stupid

This is not a serious answer

Relays would be happy to delete if it comes with a fee. Not being able to delete is kind of a show stopper for a lot of people, like journalists and artists.

It also goes against you owning and controlling your own content. After all, you got the only key. Its also annoying if you post something in the wrong discussion, which happens from time to time.

I'm not sure if I'm in favor of delete, but it certainly affects some use cases

The thing is that there are hundreds or even thousands of relays running around the world with the message stored on it, and these relays are run by individuals. If just one of them refuses to delete the message, it won't be deleted from the network. There are some issues around it.

As you probably know, platforms like Twitter, FB etc. doesn't actually delete messages either, they just hide them, but that's a side note
