I’ve never really been into FB and deleted Instagram as soon as they got bought. TikTok and Pinterest have been my only social media Platforms…until today. šŸ¤—

I’m a late-in-life diagnosed PDA AuDHDr, and my special interests are #honeybees, #flowhive, and AI - I know, I know…my guilt hits me in the gut with every prompt.

I mostly use social media to share my tips and tricks on #beekeeping, learn more about my brain (PDA ASD ADHD), ancient history, witchy, woo woo, the universe, gossip and craft ideas. #wherethefiskatemiddleton

I take care of lots of living things and anthropomorphize everything else. I'm super nerdy. Halloween is my favorite holiday, and cosplay is rad.

Not sure what to expect with Nostr, but it’s fun to learn new things. ā˜€ļø

Water cut.

Day 1: 2 gallons of water

Day 2: 2 gallons of water

Day 3: 1 gallon of water

Day 4: 1 gallon of water

Day 5: 1/2 gallon of water

Day 6: 1/2 gallon of water

Day 7: weigh in

Only eat protein and less than 50 grams of carbs a day. 45 min cardio a day.

This is not healthy or sustainable, but it works.. I lost 13 lbs. I know someone who lost about 20 lbs.

Not sure of the science behind it, but essentially it tricks your body into expelling a bunch of water. You will piss like crazy.

It's pretty miserable.

If I can offer some advice:

1. Walk early and walk often.

2. Practice your fuel plan.

3. IMO - Time on feet > mileage

4. If you have a crew, incorporate them into your training and give them an aid station checklist to go through.

5. Change socks/shoes as needed (I only did one change on a 100 miler, probably should have done one more).
