I'm sad that I can be a sad ham sometimes. I spent some time sending out messages asking people to respect the HB vs conversation recommendations put in place by the developer. Auto HB responses can interfere with actual communication.

The sun is your friend. Spread out on driveway or tarp and then Clear painter tarp over the top and make a bit of a greenhouse effect.
I had same thing happen on an outdoor outlet. Outlet wire corroded and caused it to overheat on large draw. I would recommend removing outlet And inspecting or maybe replacing. Or plug it in again if you want to try for the insurance money;)

Were you planning to zap 100 sats or did it give you a warning that it was the minimum?
I'm on amethyst. I guess people can zap less than 100 if they have a strike account also. I think I'll just stay with strike for now as it is all set up and able to do direct deposit. I'll just have to forgo the people who want to zap less than 100 zaps. Or try to add enough value for 100 zaps. Thanks for the zap!!

In the cold north I prefer an oil stone since water whetstones can freeze and break down. I add oil until the stone stops absorbing it and it stays on top. I also #3dprint an angle quide to help know which angle you need to hold the knife. I don't have a picture of mine but very similar to this screen shot of one. I count the strokes I do on one side and then do the same on the other. I also let the weight of the knife drag across the top of my fingernail like I'm trying to cut through it but not applying pressure. If dull there is no resistance or if large burr there is no resistance and if sharp it catches my thumb nail and causes resistance. Flicking your thumb pad against the edge can sometimes give a false sharp if the burr is really large. The knife may catch your skin but won't cut paper well. This is all just my opinion. What pork rinds you using? I'm limiting myself to the ones without MSG which in my area is the plain ones and the Macs salt and vinegar and the aldis spicy ones. I'd also rather have no chips than the original/plain ones.
Someone just sent me two different zaps of 21 sats. They showed up in strike. Have you seen this limit recently?
How did your JS8 work out? I wrote a user guide but it is based around the xiegu g106 and general user experience.
Thanks for checking. I was on an Alby help call with them and it wasn't very helpful. I'm not an idiot but setting this stuff up makes me feel like an idiot. I'd like to be able to send and receive zaps but don't feel like paying 20 bucks a month to do it.

It looks like bread pan with how it spills over the side. My bread machine is straight edged.
What is your recipe? Specifically interested in water temp, when you add yeast, flour to liquid ratio. I'm adding Luke warm water with yeast and sugar for about 10 min and then adding rest of ingredients. I use bread machine but just mix dough then pull paddle and let sit in machine until raised and then bake. I haven't found bread machine setting that works for my recipe.
