I don't think so mainly because the routing node doesn't know the full path. I know you can set ignoreNode in eclair and "exclude" in lightning-cli pay but those are for building a route for your own payment.
Set max htlc to 0 on the lqwd channel or just close it.

I have not tried it. I've been interested in something like it for a while. Commando works quite well and I was hoping that eventually nostr:npub1xnf02f60r9v0e5kty33a404dm79zr7z2eepyrk5gsq3m7pwvsz2sazlpr5 would make it available as a method of connecting to a CLN node.
I've been focused on my new eclair node, shiny new objects lol.
I may have to revisit Clams.

I've never used iOS for Nostr but I gotta say, Amethyst has come a long way. It's pretty damn good!
