pretty good case for nostr podcast distribution. for now it's a warning, but it could just as easily become missing episodes.
early indeed #[2]
something similar to IPFS but using nostr to coordinate would potentially be workable, but as it is, p2p is not aligned with incentives.

"We live together, we act on, and react to, one another; but always and in all circumstances we are by ourselves. The martyrs go hand in hand into the arena; they are crucified alone. Embraced, the lovers desperately try to fuse their insulated ecstasies into a single self-transcendence; in vain. By its very nature every embodied spirit is doomed to suffer and enjoy in solitude. Sensations, feelings, insights, fanciesโall these are private and, except through symbols and at second hand, incommunicable. We can pool information about experiences, but never the experiences themselves. From family to nation, every human group is a society of island universes."

is there an hobla.news npub?
attention is your bandwidth for changing the universe
probably the best way to get the word out is to build stuff that solves problems for people. in this case, build something that solves problems for devs. for example, push notifications, login via npub, comments on blogs, etc. build useful libraries that lower the barrier to entry to use the protocol to solve common problems devs have.

my intuition is that novel writing is one of humanity's greatest art forms, and that it would take something remarkable to allow multiple people to be able to do it well together. I can't even think of any novels written by two people that don't suck.
there are good D&D campaigns, but they are written by authors ahead of time.
