I've never consciously noticed doing it. Seeing the touchpoint in the video it's obvious I'm doing a fair bit of side to side while scrolling.
It started happening all at once and only in this app. I'll try to train myself to not do this but it doesn't feel like all that unnatural of a movement.

It seems to be when I'm scrolling and have held my thumb down a little after the scroll. There's probably a slight sideways motion that's triggering a view transition.
