Alright so I THINK nostr-rs is only publishing DMs to my relay and if all of you aren't using it you'll never see the invoice DM from me.

I would imagine a bunch of instances of nostr-rs trying to talk to the replicated backend would probably result in a race condition. But I've never heard of Turso before.
I want to do HA with a relay but keeping state synced across them is something I do not understand right now.
In my mental model the relays will have to send events to each other but I've never seen anything that indicated they do that.
