Wealth confiscation is the norm during times of economic distress and fiscal irresponsibility. The US government is currently paving the path to confiscate vast swaths of wealth via the Corporate Transparency Act.

How many years until the Executive Order for your Bitcoin?
Nostr changes this. DMs are safer. Less data for cross-referencing. IP and public activity still vulnerable.
I discovered this is under Explore. There's a lot going on on the explore page so I missed how I could click on latest or popular. Actually very neat but requires a second look.
poa.st is a notorious instance. I'm surprised it's relayed in this way. If you check global there's plenty of crap that should be and is filtered for daily life.
Primal is an anagram of arm lip. It's a solid pivot.
Snort is an anagram of Nostr. You're welcome.

Little Bull, well done!
Not worth it. Varidesks enforce an uncomfortable position. The full-size ones are still risky to move if you have any cabling at all so they stay put. Be happy with your boring old stationary desk and take a walk every once in a while.
No followers feed on web. Amethyst has me used to checking those I follow first.
There's got to be and saying about designers and rebranded. I don't know it but its like devs and rewrites. 😂
Joscha Bach says the seven stages of lucidity need not be followed by an individual in order, yet they are referred often by number.
Absolutely. Closed ones can easily be found and re-opened if there's interest. This is just one of those things that turns into a red flag after looking at tons of repos.
NIPs, like all open source efforts, are a product of a healthy community so everything should work toward supporting the vibrance and diversity of that community.
That's a reasonable response to so many open PRs but it's not a great situation to get used to as it means less consensus and velocity.
If a PR is merged, that doesn't mean the NIP is final. It just means `main` is open for follow-on PRs from others. In the current state, there's a lot more energy spent on discussion without resolution than improved NIPs.
Bias toward merging and interested parties will know they can correct things quickly. As it is, half the time I go looking for a NIP it's not even in the README so I must search which is a waste when multiplied by n contributors.
I can't argue with all the great work that's been done so far but I see a lot more potential to be unlocked.
When I get instant follow after a zap it reminds me that Nostr is highly scriptable and I want to open vim.
It’s day 7/21 in front of the #ECB and since #802093 I’m peacefully protesting for a monetary policy based on maths instead of fiction.
Also I want to express my gratitude towards you, eagerly zapping and reposting to support my/our project 🧡💜
The last two days were really testing my devotion, and I’ve been enjoying a hot shower in the evenings instead of the cold ones during the day. This week however the forecast is much better and I’m motivated to spread the message even further. Let’s see if I can reach nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m and nostr:npub1sn0wdenkukak0d9dfczzeacvhkrgz92ak56egt7vdgzn8pv2wfqqhrjdv9 here, what do you guys think about my protest?🪧⚡️
Keep it up man! I believe there's a long and important history of peaceful protest in front of central bank buildings. The guys in front of the Fed in SF had lots of flyers for different things and were/are there for years.
The biggest problem with the NIPs repo is the 134 open pull requests. Most of these are stale which leaves all those things in limbo, not to mention turns off new contributors. I don't think decentralizing maintenance of the protocol makes sense, it's a bridge too far, but there are many projects who provide a good example of how to maintain protocol documents, BIPs for example.
I just go there whenever I get notifications. I hate new kinds of notifications so that's already not starting on the right foot, then the kind of content I see makes me think less of humanity, so I almost never visit on my own accord. On Nostr I see builders and constructive people zapping each other so it's night and day.
