dislike? I didn't like, that there was missing some configuration option of relays, but now... Really hard to find something. :)
It is too perfect
The weird thread visualization, at least on Desktop (I don't use anything nostr on mobile).
Like when I quote a post it posts that quote in the thread, which is fine, but don't include the original post in it's entirety in the view, just an excerpt.
Short OP's are fine, but when quoting long-forms you need to scroll for hours to get to the next comment in the thread.
Which is why I use #Satellite web client, especially good for reading feeds - so smooth. You read the main note on the left column, click on it once and you will see all the details on the right column, everything, including the images, all on the right column, and you can keep scrolling your feed on the left column - ezpz, and kind of addictive, as it's like it was made for lazy people. You can easily multitask
In primal.net, that the feeds in "home" are not threaded
If I change anything in the settings, like the default zap amount, the changes don't persist if I refresh the page.
Looks pretty, but most times things still aren’t working - currently can’t comment on mobile, notifications are tricky
Font size. The new Damus font size slider has really helped find the sweet spot for easy reading.

Can't mute accounts from search.
i like primal, and i like the light tone selections and overall aesthetics. if i could see the replies of the users as well as their posts, that would be more wholesome for me (desktop version)
Ive only used the website.
Its very limited in capability, far short of what nostrgram was doing in Feb/March and I couldnt make posts, only view.
I also found the filtering non intuitive

Correcting spelling mistakes defaults to a capital letter post-backspace.
Linked notes from other clients are not linked. i.e. I cannot view a repost of a note created in Damus
My biggest gripe is with the iOS version. Only web wallets supported

Unstable. I downloaded app for Android. It crashes after a couple of seconds.
When I use it on IOS it sometimes happens that I can’t post something or reply to someone. Maybe this has to do with the relays? I'm aware it’s still in TestFlight and the rate of updates that nostr:npub16c0nh3dnadzqpm76uctf5hqhe2lny344zsmpm6feee9p5rdxaa9q586nvr and the nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg team are bringing is awesome
- It will sporadically hang, needing a full shift-F5 to get fixed.
- It will sometimes report that no relay responded to a post, but when I go check on my profile, it's there - causing unnessessary wait.
- Unclear how to do zaps...
- There a LOT of posts missing. Like, half my follows don't show up - probably because their cache server never loaded them, or because it saw them as spam? I have no idea. I just wish I could have a "raw output" - or at least see if posts were hidden, and why.
And, the biggest one: I can't use ctrl-enter/shift-enter to immediately post; I have to click a button. Come on, this feels like such an obvious oversight XD

Really want the android app to be feature parity with the web. I would love to move to one app across all platforms.

the weird @'' quote things when you try to mention someone
anytime you do a : it bugs out and can't get out of it / press space unless i ctrl+a then ctrl+v then it removes the lock in
no categorization of the notifications page (tabs to see only reactions, zaps, replies, quote replies, etc)

Would like the ability to Require FaceID when app is launched to prevent others from using the app.
OK, I have something now - threading is quite messy in compare to Coracle for example.
Web client sorts default by 24hrs, every load. Annoying.
Replies should be shown with what they are replying to or at least some expandable preview of what they are replying to.

Inconsistencies. For example, things look different on the web than they do on mobile. On iOS, link previews are included, but not on the web. Additionally, the order in which a post's elements are presented is inconsistent among clients. Some show the photo above the text, others do the opposite. It's hard to know what the person on the other side is going to see.
No followers feed on web. Amethyst has me used to checking those I follow first.
Just add a "need to sign?" section pointing people to how to get started.
Is not a dislike. But I can't delete my comments.
I like as well the more custom zap system from Iris where we can click ready value buttons or type a custom value before to send zap.
Another thing I notice is. I can follow myself. And when I went to profile page I can't see who is my followers or who I am following. The rest is just very very good.
Well I use Amethyst on Android but when trying to use Primal on web I've still not figured how to even sign in, there should be some sort of guide/documentation explaining how to get started.
Alby browser extension is a good option
Lack of quoted notes is my biggest pet peeve right now. Leads to you reading fragmented ideas that often seem odd/nonsenical without the context of it being a response.

No relay management either, and photos are bit hard to see as I gotta click on it to see the full picture

That the "post" button doesn't work on iOS, for me anyway.
Functionality - cannot post image with note. Always hangs on upload.
UX - maybe I'm spoiled in other clients, but long posts (like the nostr news thing) are left full-length. Onyx and probably Amethyst give you the option to show more on long posts. When something like nostr news are reposted, boosted, etc, that means I am scrolling through 10 copies of the same 100 mile long note. Makes Primal unreadable at times.
Functionality - reactions. if I want to react other than ❤️, I have to use another client where I've added my reactions.
